Emotions stirred by Facebook

I think I can safely say I have run the gamut of emotions while on Facebook. On one end, there's the exhilaration after finding friends, family, and classmates that I haven't talked to in many a moon. Tonight, though, I just may have experienced the other end of the spectrum. One of my friends is grieving the loss of a close personal friend tonight and I would like to note the outpouring of emotional support as she reflected on her loss.

Facebook is definitely a Social Media. And in this instance, "Social" means a lot of support throughout her hometown and virtual community.
