Charlie or Marcel?

MS and PS will be looking at two dacshunds Monday night at a local rescue mission. They will choose one of these two dogs as a new baby brother for Schnitzel. I believe Charlie is two years old and is already house broken. Marcel is still a pup and has to be kenneled. I will probably meet the new family member next weekend at the end of my vacation.
